Bonni Carson DiMatteo is co-founder and president of Atlantic Consultants. As a speaker, trainer, coach, consultant, entrepreneur, and family business owner she has worked with family-owned businesses, entrepreneurs, Fortune 500 executives, and mid-sized businesses for over 35 years. She specializes in helping leaders and companies navigate each stage of the entrepreneurial life cycle through leadership and organizational development, strategic, succession and exit planning.

Bonni DiMatteo's expertise as a coach, consultant, speaker and trainer helps businesses and business leaders set and accomplish goals, manage change, enhance communication within a company, and unify the company toward a common vision and mission.

DiMatteo and her associates excel at helping leaders and companies achieve their greatest aspirations and to be the advisors that are there through all the vicissitudes of business and life.

Education & Experience

She received her Master's degree in behavioral sciences from Simmons College with post graduate work in coaching, organizational development, and family business systems. She is a certified management consultant as well as being certified in DISC and 360 assessments. With her partner, Gerald DiMatteo, she established Atlantic Consultants in 1982.

She has moderated several panels including Atlantic LEADERPRENEUR®. She is an avid cyclist and rides the Pan-Mass Challenge annually to support research and a cure for cancer.

Gerald has a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching in organizational development from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology. He also has a Masters degree in the behavioral sciences from Simmons College. Gerald has been a family business consultant and executive coach for almost 25 years.
